Recipes

One of our go-to recipes in food services when we need to utilize some pork loin is 

Honey Sticky Pork. The recipe consists of a marinade and a super quick sauce. We hope you enjoy it as much as our customers do.

Honey Sticky Pork - Serves 6 

1.5lb of pork loin, diced 1/2" x 1/2"

1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Chinese white rice wine

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

A generous dash of white pepper

3 tablespoons of cornstarch

Sauce

1/2 thumb size of ginger - julienne

4 cloves of garlic - chopped

1 cup of water

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of honey

​

Mix pork pieces with the soy sauce, white wine, oyster sauce, baking powder, white pepper and cornstarch. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.

 

For the sauce: 

Saute the ginger and garlic. When it becomes fragrant add the water, soy, and honey. Cook until it reduces

​

Deep fry the pork until crispy. Quickly toss the pork with the sauce and serve immediately. We recommend serving this with fresh steamed rice and some veggies.
